why am i here?

I am an engineering student but i hate engineering.Today's engineers are reminiscent of imbecile intellectuals.The only question that keeps my mind tickling is "why am i here?",given that I lack all the attributes of an engineer.My mind continuously remains in a state of dilemma that whether ot not i was meant for this field.I find this field uninteresting and its tasks are dogsbody to me.So at the end of the day,i ask myself just one simple question "what should I do now?"
